OH! it's me.
Time to divulge a little about myself now I guess ... I am a twenty something female who strongly believes in a holistic approach to health and well being. This includes everything from psychological health through to nutrition to what kind of workout you do! I was a competitive swimmer and have trained for many years, I have been overweight, underweight and everything in between, I have trained hard and then not so much, but I have finally come to a place where I am happy with me! I strive for continuous self improvement and development in all aspects of my life, especially health and fitness.
I am a Personal Trainer, Group Trainer and Gym/Fitness Instructor, I am also a qualified Swimming Teacher & Swimming Coach working casually as a Junior Swim Coach. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources, having worked in the food, oil & gas and hard rock mining sectors. I believe this experience makes me diverse, understanding people (and business) from many different perspectives.
The reason I started OH! is that I am passionate about sharing experience, knowledge and information. I'll let you know what I try, what I research and what I've done and give you my spin on it. It's up to you to be objective - trail and test it yourself and make up your own mind on what works for you and what doesn't... So I know it is cliché but always strive to be the best you, you can be! Set your own goals and go for it! <3
